You retain ownership of any content you submit, including AI disclosures, metadata, comments, and profile information.

By submitting content, you grant TRAICE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, analyze, and distribute that content as part of the Platform.

5. AI Disclosures & Accuracy

TRAICE relies on user-submitted disclosures. While we may analyze, score, or surface risk indicators, TRAICE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any disclosure.

TRAICE is not legal advice, a rights-clearing service, or a certification authority.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonate artists or rights holders
• Submit deceptive or misleading AI disclosures
• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Use unauthorized voice clones or likenesses
• Spam, scrape, or abuse platform endpoints
• Harass or threaten other users

7. Moderation & Enforcement

TRAICE may remove content, flag disclosures, limit visibility, or suspend accounts at its discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using TRAICE at any time. TRAICE may terminate access with or without notice for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

TRAICE is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRAICE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
